& CNC

When tolerances are measured in thousandths and failure is not an option, our AS9100D certified processes deliver coatings that meet the most demanding aerospace and precision machining standards.

Aerospace CNC component powder coating

Flight-Critical Finishes

Every coated component is inspected, documented, and traceable — because in aerospace, there is no room for compromise.

Why Aerospace Chooses Powder Coating

Traditional liquid coatings introduce variability — runs, sags, solvent popping, and inconsistent film thickness. Powder coating eliminates those variables. Electrostatic application delivers uniform coverage, and oven curing creates a cross-linked finish that is harder, more uniform, and more predictable than paint.

For CNC machined parts, that predictability matters. When a bracket, housing, or structural element must fit within a tight tolerance band after coating, our process engineers calculate build-up precisely and mask every surface that must remain bare.

Materials We Coat

Aluminum Alloys
Titanium
Stainless Steel
Inconel
Magnesium
Carbon Steel

Each substrate receives a tailored pretreatment protocol — from chromate conversion for aluminum to specialized phosphate systems for ferrous alloys — ensuring maximum adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Aerospace Coating Capabilities

Tight-Tolerance Masking

Threads, bores, bearing surfaces, and mating interfaces stay pristine. Our technicians use high-temp tapes, plugs, and custom fixtures to protect critical dimensions.

AS9100D Quality System

Full lot traceability, documented process controls, and certified inspectors ensure every part meets aerospace quality standards from receipt to shipment.

Advanced Pretreatment

Chromate conversion, phosphating, and solvent cleaning maximize adhesion and corrosion resistance on aluminum, titanium, and stainless alloys.

Production Scaling

From prototype qualification runs to high-volume production, we scale with your program while maintaining repeatability and on-time delivery.
