Why Silk Screening Beats Labels
Adhesive labels delaminate in heat. Laser marking has limited color options. Etching is slow and expensive. Silk screening hits the sweet spot: full-color graphics, permanent adhesion, fast turnaround, and cost-effective scaling from one-offs to production runs.
The process is straightforward but demands expertise. A photo-emulsion stencil is created from your artwork, mounted in a tensioned screen, and aligned precisely on the metal surface. Specialty inks are squeegeed through the mesh, depositing a controlled film thickness that cures into a bond stronger than any sticker adhesive.
