RAL 2005 Luminous Orange is a fluorescent, high-intensity orange designed for life-safety applications. Like other luminous RAL colors, it uses fluorescent pigments that absorb UV light and re-emit it as visible light, creating an apparent glow effect. This color is specified for emergency equipment, life rafts, safety buoys, and search-and-rescue gear where visibility can mean the difference between life and death.
